Well I have no idea what these are?

Some type of daisy/marguerite?

But, to continue on from the violets, what did strike me about them was their stunning faces. With stripes, like tigers. A tiger daisy perhaps (like tiger lilies?).

Sharp-eyed DuoTone experts may work out why this second one was NOT chosen as the main pic (apart from the fact that the other one is better).

But still, the flower is virtually the same, same markings, same colours, it just happens to be yellow.

Does it matter what colour we are?

  1. How lovely šŸ™‚
They make me want to draw smilie faces on them. šŸ™‚

  2. just a quick boo – these are gazanias. i quite like them too and usually have some in my garden as well. they also come in many other colours, and can be solid as well, but the stripes look so fun and are my favourites. one of my first posts at p&k is a gazania which was posted before i was aware of the mustard consipiracy, but it is not yellow. if you would like to check it out, just click on the pix & kardz name to the left šŸ™‚
by the way thanks for your note. hope to write back this evening! šŸ™‚
